Oversee the Inflammation Biomarkers and Translation Research for Phase I-III clinical programs.

• Lecture in Graduate level Molecular and Cellular Immunology course.

Lead translational research and clinical biomarker strategies for various oncology programs in solid tumors and hematology, directly managing 1-2 PhD level scientists. • Establish a cytokine therapeutic strategy spanning research and early clinical development. • Guide the development and implementation of global clinical biomarker strategies focused on de-risking and value creating evidence generation for Go or No-Go decisions toward further development. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials in line with strategic context. • Drive hypothesis development and data analysis to inform key pre-clinical decisions. • Author various sections of clinical protocols, regulatory filings (2 INDs), and Clinical Study Reports (CSR). • Contribute significantly to clinical development efforts such as dose-finding for immune agonists. • Achieve complex strategic goals by maintaining productive relationships with internal and external partners. • Oversee the development and validation of immune monitoring assays for clinical use, including high-complexity flow cytometry and high-complexity tissue assays. • Influence by driving a culture of innovation, novel thinking, and continuous improvement across functions. • Deliver impactful presentations to internal review committees, stakeholders, and external partners with clear communication of biomarker findings to inform decision-making for pipeline molecules. • Champion cross-collaboration between industry and academic institutions to achieve what could not be possible within each organization alone. • Contribute to immune reset strategy in autoimmunity in the context of cell therapy and bispecific antibodies. • Support business development and licensing evaluations in oncology, autoimmunity, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Biomarker Sub Team Lead (BMSTL) for early stage Cancer Immunotherapy pipeline.

• Led an independent research lab mentoring Postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and research technicians. Our research focused on the impact of immune tolerance on innate and adaptive immunity during mucosal invasion of viral pathogens. • Recipient of NIH New Innovator Award (DP2).

Postdoctoral training in the laboratory of professor Richard Flavell. • Studied the role of TGF-beta and common gamma chain cytokines in CD8 T cell development and function in the context of autoimmunity, anti-pathogen immunity, and cancer immunity. • Recipient of Cancer Research Institute (CRI) Postdoctoral Fellowship.
