Contractor : ADCON T&C & AMJ Interiors. 3- Warehouse Project, Industrial Area St.26, Qatar. Client : ZAD Holding Company End user : Q bake (Subsidiary of ZAD Holding) Consultant : Al-Mawhiba Consultants, Doha, Qatar. Contractor : ADCON T&C. Responsibilities— •Preparation and verification of tender documents before releasing it for tenders. •Verifying Pre-qualifications of the tenderers for each project related to ZAD holding. •Arranging site visits with contractors and finalizing the contractor on basis of their technical and commercial prospects. •Verifying the consultant drawings, concept designs and initial BOQ with specification and standards. •Verifying of all QA/QC documentation like Method Statement, Monthly Report, IR/RFI, Checklists, ITP, All Record Logs and other required documentation while project is in progress. •Inspecting all works on site for structural works, Civil, Architectural, all Finishing etc. and handing over to the End user •Arranging meeting with Contractor’s and explaining about the work conditions, procedures to follow. •Implementation of NCR and SOR for poor quality of work and making strict follow up till the rectification process is completed. •Verifying of all Material submittals, Shop drawings, Baseline schedules, Bill of Quantities, invoices etc all project related documents. •Monitoring of day-to-day progress of every site and arranging meetings with contractor for any delays. •Reporting to higher management on weekly basis and highlighting any issues related to work which might have cost and time affect for end user benefits

Project : Dream Hotel Project (3B+G+M+8 Floors). Client : HH Sheikh Mohammed Khalifa Hamad Al-Thani Consultant : Al-Sadd Consulting Engineers, Qatar PMC : KEO International Responsibilities—  Making of all QA/QC documentation like Method Statement, Monthly Report, IR/RFI, Checklists, ITP, All Record Logs and other required documentation.  Inspecting all QA/QC works on site for structural works, Civil, External Facade, back filling, including Mass Concreting, all Finishing etc.  Arranging meeting with Sub-Contractor’s Engineer and explaining about the work condition at our site before starting of every activity.  Raising internal NCR and SOR for poor quality of work and making strict follow up till the rectification process is completed.  Reviewing the Method statement, material submittals regarding quality related documents.  Making Ocular Inspections and Monitoring Subcontractors performance to ensure and improve the quality of work.  Inspecting the site one day prior inspection and making any rectifications if needed for making it approved by the consultant.  Report any major Quality issues to the Managers and explaining the Execution team the process of rectification.  Making arrangements with the third party laboratory for every testing of material and every activity as per specification.

Project : AQAR Residential building (2B+G+34 Floors). Client : Khalid Bin Hamad (KBH). Consultant : Lacasa, Qatar Design Consultant : MZP W.L.L. Responsibilities—  Working in High Rise Building Project of 2B+G+34 floor residential tower for Khalid Bin Hamad in Diplomat area of Doha  Involving in making of all QA/QC documentation like Method Statement, Material submittals, Pre-qualification Documents, SIR/RFI, ITP, Record Logs and other required documentation.  Inspecting all QA/QC works on site for structural works, Civil, Architecture, Pipe Laying, back filling, including Mass Concreting, all Finishing etc.  Arranging meeting with Sub-Contractor’s Engineer and explaining about the work condition at our site before starting of every activity.  Reviewing the pre-qualification, shop drawings, modification drawings and material submittals, making approvals with the consultant.  Making Ocular Inspections and Monitoring Subcontractors performance to ensure and improve the quality of work.  Inspecting the site one day prior inspection and making any rectifications if needed for making it approved by the consultant.  Report any major Quality issues to the Managers and explained the process of rectification.  Making arrangements with the third party laboratory for every testing of material and every activity as per specification.

Project : Ezdan Oasis, Al-Wukhair, Qatar. Client : Ezdan Holding Group. Consultant : Al-Dar Engineering Consultants & MZP W.L.L Design Consultant : MZP W.L.L. Responsibilities—  Worked in prestigious projects like Ezdan Oasis (1 Million Square Meters), Hala Tower (High Rise Building (3 Basement+Ground+Mezzanine+38Floors), Al-Rayyan Tower (2 Basement+Ground+7 floors).  Preparing all necessary QA/QC documentation with regards to IR/RFI, ITP, Method Statement, Test Reports, and Record Logs.  Inspecting QA/QC works on site for substructure, superstructure, Architecture, Pipe Laying, back filling, Concreting of Utilities works and Road works including moving earthworks, curbstones, Pavement, sub- base, Asphalt courses.  Conducting meetings with the sub-contractors and explaining the procedure and standards as per QCS.  Reviewing the shop drawings, modification drawings and material submittals, making approvals with the consultant.  Monitoring internal & Subcontractors performance to ensure the quality of work and conducting meetings with the sub-contractors and explaining the procedure and standards complying with project requirements and QCS.  Was effectively raising Non-conformance Report (INCR) in case of deviation in the implementation of the project.  Report any major Quality issues to the Quality Manager and Project Manager as and when it rises.  Preparing the daily report, progress charts and updating wall charts etc.
