Working as the backbone of HR at AppZime, ensuring the right hiring, smooth deployments, and supporting overall business growth Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from JD understanding to candidate onboarding • Ensure timely completion of candidate compliance and documentation prior to billing cycles • Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline to minimize delivery delays • Collaborate with BDEs to align candidate profiles with client expectations and feedback • Track contractor attendance and address payroll and billing-related queries • Oversee payroll coordination to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements • Lead and support team members to achieve hiring targets and enhance overall delivery efficiency

 Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions effectively.  Creating job descriptions, posting job openings on various job boards, like Apna & WorkIndia.  Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and other evaluation methods.  Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating the interview process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.  Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for the role, making recommendations, and participating in the final selection decision.

Operating Accenture Tools: Working on Accenture tools for smooth flow of work. Transaction Handling: Execute and manage various financial transactions accurately. Invoicing: Process and document invoices following established procedures. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations. Data Maintenance: Update databases and systems with transactional information. Client Communication: Interact with UK clients or internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues. Quality Assurance: Implement measures to maintain high accuracy in transaction processing. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all transactions and activities. Timely Processing: Ensure all transactions are processed within specified timelines. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing transaction processing efficiency.
