Primarily working for a Delivery Unit to run the operations and provide quality inputs to enhance the customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities:  Adherence To Project Schedule for achieving Deliverables as per commitment made with clients..  Documentation and overviewing of various processes including Revenue, Operating margin, Budgeting, Billing, Asset procurement etc.  Preparing and discussing the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Status Report with Customer and Higher management as per Scope of work.  Participating and contributing in formulation of the strategy for DU Operations with all regional Delivery managers.  Ensure that security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives.  Ensure that periodic audits are conducted by the Quality assurance manager (QAM) and corrective actions are taken for non-compliances.  Updating And Tracking In Project Systems ( Like SAP, Resource assignation, Project initiation, Project Portal) On Project Performance-Actual Data.
