This role is responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving total rewards and core people operations programs that directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Lead and manage the Total Rewards team by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Co-lead with the Director, People Operational Services the design, implementation, and phased rollout of a People Operations Excellence Model.
