The team leader of hydraulic, lubrication, HVAC, paper machine maintenance, and Energy saving team  Lubrication includes greasing and oiling of all rolls, gearboxes, conveyors, and pumps for four production lines which are in thousands by proper maintaining controls, checklists and standards for breakdown-free operations.  Cooling load, ventilation system and expansion projects of HVAC.  Maintenance of Whole mill HVAC load.  maintenance of Paper machine 7 lines for continuous production that includes mechanical, piping, hydraulic and HVAC, Planning of New Projects, Planning of Predictive Mill Maintenance, Shut Down Plans and execution, Inventory Management and Manpower Management, SAP PM Implementation, Coordination with process team for better quality and run ability of the machine  Vacuum system, heat recovery system, steam and condensate system and all other energy-saving projects at the production line.

Key Responsibilities:  Hydraulic and lubrication department is responsible for services which include the maintenance, troubleshooting, new installations, commissioning, Inventory management, SAP implementation for each spare part ordering and lubrication for four production lines along with bailer and shredder for a biomass plant.  Troubleshooting includes identifying and fixing any problem in the hydraulic control system which consists of all types of control valves, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic cylinders mostly in running machines to avoid breakdowns. Logics are also made based on new installations or modifications in the existing system for trouble-free operations.  Coordination with process team for better quality and run ability of the machine, To ensure proper Installation and Commissioning of Equipment.  Co-ordination with OEM for System Deficiency & maintenance, BDA/RCA (Breakdown Down Analysis/Root cause analysis).  Coordination with EHS department for Internal and External audits, Safety coordinator.
