Identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and managing the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates. Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions. Treat employees like internal customers and improve their engagement, well being and satisfaction. Serving as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring open and effective communication channels. Negotiated salary with employees. Responsible for collecting, organizing and maintaining HR database in the HRIS which include employees information such as Personal Information, Employment History, Performance Metrics and other relevant data. Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and offering assistance. Handle a wide range of customer issues, including product inquiries, billing questions, technical support, and more. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems or complaints to find solutions and resolutions. Follow standard operating procedures or guidelines to address common issues or escalate complex problems to higher-level support if necessary.
