As a Learning and Development Compliance Lead in the healthcare sector, I specialize in ensuring that workforce education aligns with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational goals. Duties include: - Partner with compliance, quality, clinical, and HR teams to integrate learning strategies that support organizational readiness and resident safety. - Leverage data and audits to identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions that improve outcomes. - Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track, report, and analyze training completion and compliance metrics.

- Working with stakeholders from different departments of the business i.e management, finance companies, third party worktop companies and fitters. - Providing customers with an exceptional customer service from the early stages of browsing in the showroom up to the completion of their kitchen installation. - Using 2020 Design and 2020 Fusion softwares to design customers kitchens. - Responsible for undertaking design presentations. - Diary Management - booking meetings with customers, fitters and all other parties that are involved with customer projects. - Quoting kitchens and negotiating sales. - Carrying out Home Surveys where my main duties include building rapports and gathering information to design kitchens that meet the needs of my customers. - Using SAP CX to set tasks and update notes to ensure efficient delivery of customers projects. - Ordering taking using the SAP Software. - Maintenance of essential paperwork to ensure customers kitchen contracts are accurate in accordance to kitchen plans. - Leading consolidation meetings with customers to ensure all the appropriate signatures are collect on the paperwork and uploading the confidential documents onto the system. - Experienced with carrying out finance application on behalf of third parties. - Responsible for undertaking key banking duties for the kitchen showroom.
