During my internship at Menon Piston Pvt. Ltd. I gained hands-on experience across the manufacturing lifecycle of pistons and piston pins used in automotive and industrial engines. I worked with teams from machining, casting, heat treatment, and quality control, developing a clear understanding of end-to-end production. I assisted in quality inspections, including dimensional checks and tolerance verification using micrometers and CMM. The internship also exposed me to lean manufacturing, process optimization, and shop floor management, while strengthening my problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills in an industrial environment
