• Wrote software to validate the design of chips designed by Apple • Implemented a custom vendor-specific control transfer to transfer special data across the USB bus • Worked on various other features for the development framework used to test the chips

• Wrote RTL and embedded software for FPGAs embedded within the sensor head of Argo Lidar • Verified functionality using formal verification methods • Implemented various digital signal processing algorithms in RTL to improve speed and performance • Created a circular buffer within a DDR4 chip to increase data throughput of raw sensor data • Gained experience with AXI4, AXI-Lite, and Aurora interfaces

• Developed safety-critical software within a RTOS for the AV embedded platform • Wrote and debugged low-level drivers for microcontroller peripherals, including I2C and CAN • Constructed drivers for higher level communication protocols, such as PMBus and SAE J1939 • Created high-level chip drivers for board and system functional tests

• Developed PHALANX, a prototype exploration concept that combines self-localizing ballistic sensing projectiles with a rover or static lander • Tested, characterized, and integrated various commercial environmental sensors • Coauthored a paper that was published at the 2020 IEEE Aerospace Conference
