Interning under State Public Prosecutor Palle Nageshwar Rao at the High Court of Telangana. Gaining hands-on experience in criminal litigation, prosecution matters, and court proceedings. Assisting in drafting legal documents, case preparation, and appearing in hearings. Developing practical understanding of procedural and substantive law.

• Assisted the Hon’ble Court in matters involving civil disputes and revenue matters, observing trial procedure, examination of witnesses, and the application of substantive and procedural civil law. • Prepared detailed case briefs and supported the chamber’s research bench in tracing precedents, statutory provisions, and authoritative commentaries on contested issues of law. • Contributed to the drafting of orders, internal notes, and case summaries; gained working knowledge of court craft, judicial reasoning, and the structure of civil adjudication at the district level.

• Worked on a range of matters, including execution petitions under Order XXI of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, covering attachment, sale of property, and decree enforcement procedures. • Participated in Lok Adalat sittings and observed the conciliation-based settlement of compoundable disputes, motor accident claims, and matrimonial matters. • Engaged with appellate, sessions, and miscellaneous proceedings; took structured notes on judicial conduct of trial, framing of issues, and pre-trial hearings.

• Assisted the Public Prosecutor in criminal trials concerning offences of fraud, theft, cheating, and offences against property under the Indian Penal Code, 1860. • Reviewed charge sheets, FIRs, and police case diaries; prepared briefs on examination-in-chief and cross-examination strategy for prosecution witnesses. • Observed the framing of charges, recording of evidence under Sections 161/164 Cr.P.C., and the conduct of sessions trials in serious offences.

• Reviewed and assisted in the drafting of contracts, creator agreements, and platform terms of use; flagged copyright, defamation, and data-privacy risks for in-house counsel. • Researched compliance under the IT Act, 2000, IT Rules, 2021, and the Copyright Act, 1957
