Technical support on Adaptation to climate change and sustainable agricultural practices to the NGOs in seven districts of drought prone areas of Andhra Pradesh, developed strategy papers, implemented sustainable land and water development (SLWM) pilots in seven Hydrological Units of Mahabubnagar and Nalagonda in Telangana and Kurnool, Kadapa, Anantpur, Chittoor, and Prakasam districts in Andhra Pradesh, Technical support on climate smart agriculture, Farmer climate field schools,Use of Participatory climate monitoring data and decisions on crop production. Co-author to publish Adaptation Manuals on Climate variability in four Agro climatic Zones of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states

Management of programme on Vulnerability Assessment and Enhancing Adoptive Capacity Programme on climate change in semi arid regions of India; Management of the programme by technical appraisal, design and assessment of the land use in adaptation to climate change; Coordination of SRI approaches in paddy , implementation of water use efficiency in horticultural crops and saline soil management and convergence with the government departments, institutions and marketing of agriculture inputs by organising farmers associations at the village level.

Impact study on reduction of external inputs in agriculture in Andhra Pradesh Farmer Managed Groundwater Management Systems Project by collection, analysis of data on inputs, cost of cultivation, varieties, yields and water use and study on comparison of crop changes; Monitoring and evaluating interventions by review of partner NGOs in project by organising base line survey, regular technical support, periodic visits, process documents and study on impacts; Coordinated season long Training of Trainers on Farmer Field School -IPM vegetables; Coordinated research and development studies and prepared a strategy paper and proposals for future programmes.

Monitoring of the imparted training of facilitators (ToFs) on cotton in 9 districts of the Karnataka in collaboration with State Department of Agriculture ; Significantly contributed in supervising, planning, budgeting and backstopping of 33 Farmers Field Schools (FFS) and 12 Farmer to Farmer Field Schools in nine major cotton growing districts of Karnataka state with the department of Agriculture; Conducted periodical refresher training / workshops and review meetings to the facilitators ; Strategic push of the programme with the three states department namely Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra and developed a resource team within the department to facilitate the programme.

Managed to implement the Integrated Farming Systems project in two major watersheds of Chitradurga and Bellary districts of Karnataka state, supported by Karnataka Watershed Development Society and DFID; Management of the programme , personnel and financial for the Integrated farming system project and Coordination of as participatory research on groundnut based cropping system

Managed programmes, personnel and finances for promotion of Sustainable agriculture, Participatory Technology Development (PTD) approaches, in Cotton, Groundnut and Paddy, Redgram and Sorghum crops in selected drought prone districts of south India thru NGOs, NGO Networks and farmer groups Prepared a proposal on Integrated Farming System, and managed to get funding from Karnataka Watershed Development Society, funded by DFID Area unit office of AME collaborated on technical collaboration with the regional research station on production of traditional and improved cotton varieties.
