* Served as the first window through which prospective students and their families see and experience Wellesley College * Conversed with prospective students and their families and answered questions regarding campus life

* Perform strategic evaluations of iShares-related operational procedures and lead and manage projects to automate manual efforts spanning across the Americas, Canada, Europe, and Asia * Manage BlackRock * s relationship with ETF-Servicing Provider State Street by discussing ongoing iShares-related projects with State Street weekly and providing more insight into and detail on project goals, roles, responsibilities, and deadlines * Lead testing efforts with State Street and BlackRock teams, beginning from test script creation and ending with post-implementation

* Surveyed the school population in order to identify areas of concern at The Lawrenceville School, with four of my peers * Interviewed twenty students to learn more about the high school * s social culture * Developed strategies to address issues and enact change on campus * Presented our findings to the school * s Board of Trustees

* Position Highlight: Advanced the hiring process of a 5-year lecture candidate by compiling and analyzing ratings and commentary of 100+ students and faculty members to ensure the selection of the best-suited and most well-received candidate * Research Environmental Studies study abroad and graduate school programs and incorporate them into the weekly Environmental Studies newsletters.

* Assessed the implementation of price-based and quantity-based surface water management programs nationwide * Issued a comprehensive recommendation to the League * s Executive Director and staff as to how South Carolina * s surface water management program can be better-worded, better-implemented, and better-enforced * Presented my research and recommendation to 30 local community members at Wellesley College * s Ruhlman Conference

* Designed experiments to study the reproductive rates, dispersal rates, and surrounding ecosystems of invasive plants in Cape Cod * Collected and collated data on seed counts, seed placements (using GIS), and surrounding plant species to understand the invasive potential of plant species Bromus tectorum (which is highly invasive on the West Coast) * Published our findings in Annals of Botany in November of 2015 * Traveled to Montana * s Glacier National Park for an additional week of fieldwork on plant facilitation and competition

* Selected as 1 of 2 students on Wellesley College’s Presidential Search Committee (Comprised of 12 trustee representatives, 3 faculty representatives, 2 administrative staff representatives, 2 senior staff representatives, and 2 students) * Interviewed search firms and coordinated with the selected search team to host Presidential Search Committee student input sessions

* Collaborate with the ETF and Index Investments (EII) Strategy, Capital Markets, Global Business Intelligence, and Finance teams to collect data on the business * past and current state to better understand how EII may grow within the next 5 years * Create client and presentation decks for the Global Head of EII to present to financial leaders and CEOs around the world * Prepare and deliver weekly ETF, Index Investment, and Global Executive Committee notes to a team of 40 EII leaders, detailing institutional client activity by region, updates on our six key iShares-related business initiatives, and any operational errors * Helped organize the 2017 EII MD Offsite from start to finish, serving as the liaison between producers and presenters

* Worked with a 10-person team to propose alternative energy solutions to Wellesley College * s President and to the College community * Succeeded in inspiring Wellesley to create and commit to a Sustainability Plan that details changes in energy use on campus * Served as the editor of our team * s 130-page analysis and recommendation * Sat on a 3-person leadership team that made executive decisions regarding research strategy, group and individual strengths and weaknesses, timeline, and presentation of findings to ensure that Wellesley is high-performing and self-sufficient in its energy use * Worked closely with the staff at Wellesley * s co-generation plant to learn about the campus * needs and capabilities

HBX CORe (Credential of Readiness) is a 120-150 hour certificate program on the fundamentals of business from Harvard Business School. CORe is comprised of three courses - Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting – developed by leading Harvard Business School faculty and delivered in an active learning environment based on the HBS signature case-based learning model.
