• Pivotal role in core HR Operations (Recruitment till Exit of Employee), Payroll, Compliance & Admin. Payroll & Statutory Compliances: Managing Payroll of 1000+ employees • Taking Care of Compliances I.e. Employees PF & ESI • Ensure Correct PF deduction during Salary Processing for all category employees. • KYC ,PF Transfer claim and Basic detail request Approval on PF portal Via Digital Signature • Monthly PF return preparation and Filling over PF Portal on time. • Ensure timely Online PF payment after PF Return Filling. • Claim Processing for PF withdrawal of Resigned and Pension and EDLI insurance processing in case of Deceased employee. • Handling PF Department Related Issue if any. • Co Ordination with PF office regarding New Amendments in PF. • Assisted to the Management in performance management system. • Compilation and preparation of the appraisals and putting up data of Management category employee to management • at the end of the appraisal year for deciding the compensation and benefits. • Based on input received from management prepare new/revised salary structure. • Post-increment counseling to employees related to their revised structure.
