• Ensuring documentation is maintained in particular Project folder and in Procore Software throughout the length of the project. • Assisting the Project Manager with Preparing and Submitting Site Reports, Minutes of meetings, and Schedule of Projects. • Coordinated Project Activities, Schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion of construction Project. • Request start up documents from subtrade and maintain in folder. • Request quote from subtrade at time of tender closing. • Prepare Purchase orders, Contracts, and issue to the Subtrade accordance to the progress of the Projects. • Checking shop drawings as per specification, Scope of work and send to consultant for their approval and maintain throughout the project. • Assist with preparation and tracking of change notices and subsequent change orders manually as well as in Pro core. • Generate and track Requests for Information (RFI's), Prepare Submittals. • Perform accurate takeoffs and quantity surveys, ensuring all project components according to the documents provided as Request for Quotation. • Monitored and reported project progress, Quality Control to upper management. • Prepare closeout documents and submit to the consultant for their approval.

• Worked on structure design Calculation of various medium scale Projects for Reinforced concrete and steel structures like Commercial, Residential, apartment Buildings and industrial Shed with Guidelines of Indian Codes and Standards. • Analysis and Design of Concrete and Steel Structure, Underground Pits, retaining walls, different types of Foundations, Columns, Beams and Slabs for Variety of load cases with adhere to Indian Standard and codes. • Prepare Detail design calculation report including inputs, design philosophy, Load Calculation, Outputs and results for deliverables. • Assist Lead Engineer for Project requirements related to scope, Cost, Schedule, workflows, memos, and RFI Response. • Worked for Deliverables by considering Clauses of Scope of Work, Processes, Detailed Project Report and Project Specification. • Worked on overall quantify estimation of project for various structural items. • Visited and inspected structures under construction regularly with respect to issue for construction Drawing. • Communication with Client, Vendors, Contractors and project managers to understand the construction site status and client Requirements.
