Worked on a $600 million Sonoran solar project in Buckeye, Arizona which will generates 504 megawatts of green energy. Being a PV + BESS project Sonoran has total 126 inverters.  Assisting On-site Project Manager and Superintendent in managing project construction.  Presenting Plan of the day In Next Era POD meetings and Internal POD meetings.  Assisting with construction scheduling and site logistics along with Material and equipment like PV module – procurement & expediting using excel sheets, SharePoint and CMiC software.  Reviewing jobsite assessment & Identification of Hazards, also submitting observations and hazard ID’s in Intelex  Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination alongside updating daily production trackers and daily journals.  Participation in documentation of coordination and daily Safety meetings.  Supervision and coordination of subcontractor field installations while Updating drawing logs, Calibration logs, water usage logs and Incident reports using Microsoft excel and PlanGrid.  Managing change order and document control process, including RFI’s.  Dumpster, Porta John, Ice, and water coordination to ensure smooth functioning of site.

Assisted in the construction process of G+12 residential structure which was a part of township development on 100 Acres land under the name Viridian Valli’s.  Worked with Mivan technology of scaffolding which reduced labor cost by 15% and time of construction by 20%, handling over the ready position apartments to customers ahead of schedule.  Reduced material wastage through Inventory management and checking availability of raw material.  Checked technical designs and Blueprints for adherence to standards using Revit and Sketchup Software’s.  Used Procore for collaborating documents with owner, Project manager and Subcontractor’s.  Achieved a 10% reduction in project cost by negotiating with subcontractors and vendors for procurement of raw materials including fittings for electrical, plumbing and hardware.  Used Bluebeam for markups and documenting them with overall project drawings and specifications.  Collaborated with Project Engineer and Architect to determine the specification of the Project.  Represented company in project meetings, assisted in labor negotiations/ strategy meetings.  Oversaw earthwork excavation activities, ensured safety and equipment maintenance.
