HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) | In-House Recruitment Gautam Solar Pvt. Ltd. Manage end-to-end in-house recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple departments. Partner closely with department managers to understand manpower requirements and develop clear, role-specific Job Descriptions (JDs). Post and manage job openings across leading job portals including Naukri.com, Apna, and WorkIndia to ensure maximum candidate reach. Proactively source candidates through job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn, ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, and organizational fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process. Act as a key point of contact between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Support onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless joining experience for new hires.

• Assisted in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates from multiple platforms to meet hiring requirements for different departments, ensuring the right match between job profiles and applicants. • Conducted telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ communication, skills, and personality, aligning their capabilities with the organizational needs and recruitment goals of the HR department. • Maintained and updated an active candidate database to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified applicants for current and future organizational openings, improving recruitment efficiency and turnaround time. • Coordinated with HR managers and departmental heads to understand staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and support smooth onboarding processes for newly selected employees within strict deadlines.
