Strategic support to the Managing Director in goal-setting, trouble-shooting and resource-alignment for the organization Responsible for the smooth day-to-day round the clock operation of the hospital with direct reporting of the following departments: Finance Engineering Biomedical Engineering Housekeeping Security & Fire Food & Beverages Information Technology Transport The key functions include: Provide vital financial and operating analyses/information to the Board of Directors and top management Identify significant success/ problem indicators Responsible for compliance to accounting and business controls and company policies and procedures Develop/enhance, and enforce financial policies, procedures, processes and tools that improve overall operational effectiveness and profitability Business planning, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting Develop and implement financial, strategic and operational programs in support of the hospital’s profitability and business objectives Prepare annual business plans, capital budgets and operating budgets Facility Management and safety Ensure seamless & efficient functioning of all non-clinical services at the hospital. Plan and manage execution of In-House Projects Lead the operational and service excellence programs aimed at improving patients, staff and clinician experience & process efficiency.
