With over 20 years of industry expertise, I specialize in business planning, strategic growth, and sales & marketing, spanning the hospitality, real estate, and telecom sectors. As a problem-solver with a proven track record, I have successfully driven growth for diverse organizations across multiple markets. Currently, I am the Managing Partner at Turnstone Hospitality LLP, a consulting firm founded by industry leaders with extensive global experience in CXO and CEO roles. We assist clients in navigating complex challenges, developing strategies, and delivering impactful results. In my previous role at Meininger Hotels, Europe’s leading hybrid hotel chain, I led expansion initiatives across the South Asian market, closing five major deals within three years. Before that, I spearheaded business development at Ginger Hotels, securing over 40 high-value deals and contributing to an annual revenue potential of INR 240 crore. Additionally, I managed the P&L for a portfolio of nine hotels across South India. My career began in telecom with Airtel, where I played a key role in launching their Madhya Pradesh operations. Later, at Tata Docomo, I transitioned from Head of Channel Sales to overseeing P&L for North & Central Karnataka, before taking on a central role in training the Branded Retail Unit. I am also a certified external assessor for Tata companies. Based in Mumbai, I hold an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a bachelor’s degree in science from Pune University.
