Led global operations, scaling the agency from a 6-person startup into a 1,500-person digital agency with 13 offices worldwide and generating 350M in annual revenue. Developed and cultivated high-performing cross functional teams to manage long-term partnerships with global brands including Nike, IKEA, Google, Diageo, and JPMorgan.

Managed and developed brand marketing campaigns that supported AOL’s brand positioning during a period of rapid expansion.

Managed the promotional campaign calendar across all channels for New Line Cinema’s release slate, including major releases such as The Lord of the Rings trilogy and Austin Powers.
