Responsibilities: researching, benchmarking ideas, producing written reports, ensuring requirements compliant, proposal layout design / production, and more.

Worked with colleagues of sales & marketing department, merchandising department and advertising agents to arrange newspaper advertisements; assisted team members in launching of the summer promotional program which include researching, calling of industry counterparts, brainstorming ideas..etc.

Researched overseas listing rules, shareholder engagement policies and board-level gender diversity. Drafted reports and proposed positive changes to Hong Kong listing rules.

General administrative work for the finance department and the marketing department of Henderson Club.
