Developed, implemented and managed all regional internal and external communications, marketing, branding, social media and web content creation. Formulated media relation strategies as well as establishing a strong collaborative relationship with both the regional and international trade media to profile the agency and 15 APAC leaders positively through well-placed media stories. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the MarCom team and responsible for all external and internal communications of the Hotel and F&B restaurants, including PR and media relations. Develops and drives the various marketing and promotional activities to maximise the Hotel’s revenue, improve brand presence and guest engagement.
