Shiran Suban Hovav

In my PhD and MSc studies I obtained deep knowledge of molecular biology. I am skilled in a variety of lab methods – Cloning, Flow cytometer, confocal and electron microscopy, and experienced in analyzing RNA-seq data. Additional skills include the programming languages C++ and R. Furthermore, I own a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification. During my PhD studies I designed and optimized new protocols based on proteins extraction and purification and lectins identification. My PhD published article was acknowledged as the best article of 2021 in Bar Ilan university. I held the position of teaching assistant in the Microbiology course in addition to preparing and growing cultures used in the course. Moreover, I held the position of coordinating teaching assistants for the course Advanced Research Approaches in Molecular Biology. I am fast learner, multitasker, pay attention to details, curious and ambitious.
