Responsibilities: - Manage cryptocurrency accounting and reconciliation for Digital Assets and vaults. - Track Digital Assets movements and maintain historical cost records. - Calculate and record cryptocurrency gain/loss adjustments. - Handle FX adjustments for multiple currencies (USD, HKD, TWD, SGD, INR, etc.). - Perform complex multi-entity consolidation and Eliminations in JustConsolidate. - Work with AP, Engineering, and Product teams for smooth operations. - Coordinate with Controllers on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Provide client training on financial systems and workflows. - High-quality maintenance of month-end checklists. - Review of financial data using AI-powered tools for accuracy. Key Areas of Focus: • AI-Driven Reconciliations: Crypto, Bank, Payroll, Equity, Inventory, Balance Sheet • Intercompany Reconciliations with FX and currency conversion • Financial Report Review and Error Corrections • Automation of Depreciation, Accruals, Prepaids, Deferred Revenue, LOCs, and Advances • Forecast Reporting and Financial Data Analysis. Process 1: Reef Parking (R2R), Conducted R2R reporting and reconciliation for a multinational corporation (MNC) • Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliation. • Worked for Performance Management of system and team. • Studied Markets for understanding securities and Global securities recommendations. • Worked on IFRS for revenue recognition. • Management and approval of transfer of CC Revenue to GL Software. • Worked on preparation of performance improvement metrics and processes. • Management of cash clearing for period closure. • Preparation of day after variance report to understand the root cause of variance. • Posting of Adjustment and charge back in general ledger. • Worked on ERP (Alpha 1) ledger Cross Validation Rules for efficient data management. • Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation for the entity. • Management of merchant fees for all the branches of the entity. • Maintained strict adherence to monthly general ledger closure procedures. • Identified critical areas within the process and developed action plans for improved efficiency. • Provided valuable cross-regional team support whenever necessary. Process 2: Mode Transportaion (AR and AP) Audited invoices and receipts and processed payments through BTMS. Handled invoicing, and contract distribution to direct signers, and maintained records in Excel. Prepared a daily report of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) using Excel. Sent emails containing invoices and relevant documents to carriers and signers. Ensured compliance with all SLAs and KPIs to meet performance targets.
