Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting the recruitment and onboarding of Home Care Workers across NSW and of Aged care workers for Residential Aged Care facilities in the Northern rivers, South Sydney, and the Southern coast of NSW. My role was ensuring the compliance documents of successful candidates are completed before full employment. As a Workforce Rostering Coordinator, I was responsible for rostering, scheduling, and coordinating client services for home care workers in South West Sydney, Nepean, Western Sydney, and Mid North Coast.
