Prioritizing the requirements to ensure timely delivery of the manpower requirement. Posting the requirement in various job portals. Sourcing of resumes through various sources like job portals, networking, mass mailing and internal database etc., Initial screening of resumes and preliminary level interview with the candidates. Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations and relocation needs. Coordinating with the clients and scheduling the interviews for short listed candidates. Providing the clients with relative profiles, as per their requirement specifications and fixing the interviews accordingly.
