RESPONSIBILITY * Excellent knowledge of Injection Molding, Development of Plastic Components with the use of Mold design, Manufacturing & Project Management * Plastic product, material and production process knowledge. * Handling Design and New product development activities, Proto type to production mold development for automotive , Electrical & Medical components. * Perform mold flow analysis with forecast potential risk elements, Also suggest solutions and design improvements in the detailed DFM report. * Analyze the project cost estimation & Also able to reduce the project cost by utilizing Technical & Manufacturing experience. * Excellent knowledge in GD&T and Dimension Tolerances. * Prepare quality methods DFM & DFMEA. * Attending the trails and troubleshooting the issues during the trails. * Excellent knowledge for management and co-ordination for technical aspects of designated projects. * To Prepare, APQP Documents, Project time plan , Planning, New gauge plan, testing machine and other equipment development required for new plastic product development. * Handling multiple project, customer communications & new parts handover to production as per customer requirements. * Negative correction design in moulds to achieve GD&T, hence to avoid Cooling fixtures and dimensional deviation. * Attending new mould enquiries (RFQ) and creating mould quotations. * Closely set up and perform DFM with the customer to meet best part design practices for better mold part. * Reviewing of mold designs received from external tooling suppliers. * Core member of the team that designed the high precision complex molds such as 2K molds, Closed Impeller & Impeller, Connectors or Fuse base parts, Fuel pump assembly parts, 3 Plate molds, unscrewing type molds, Insert molding and Thermoset molds. * Prepare and record ISO std documents at each stage of tool development.

RESPONSIBILITY * Planning for parting line, gate type & position, etc. * Mould Design, Core cavity extraction, Electrode extraction, etc. * Study the mold flow results along with product drawing tolerances, forecast risk factors and update design with adequate solution. * Converting from 2D drawing to 3D model for automobile & other parts. * Attending new mould enquiries (RFQ) and creating mould quotations. * Reviewing of mold designs received from external tooling suppliers. * Making Detail drawing for manufacturing. * Responsible for on time completion of projects. * Process planning and Follow-up with tool room activities. * Participate in meetings with manufacturing Team while design reviews. Analyze and incorporate. customer feedback and statistical quality * Interaction with customers. * Proven track record of excellent teamwork * Capability to withstand work pressure.

RESPONSIBILITY * Mould assembly and blue matching. * Handling the tool room machineries. * Giving instructions to the Machine operators. * Giving job order to other plants * Attended Trials, Regular troubleshooting during Production. * Follow up and provide the technical support for manufacturing. * Give Training to Juniors.
