Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for Supervising and Managing a group of Buyers / Expeditors including preparing objectives and performance review. • Responsible for all the works assigned to him / her by the management and all works carried out by the subordinate staff • Purchasing of any non-available product / material from any of the supplier or from a supplier of known quality and reliability, with due approval from the Engineering/ Estimation department. • Recording and reviewing the Suppliers quality issues if any when required, as per the procedures and appropriate action plans are drawn and implemented as suggested by the QA / QC department. • Reviewing the Stock levels and minimum stock levels are maintained after evaluating the material movement. • Responsible for• arranging the Third Party Inspection according to the materials inspection level. • Coordinating of all procurement activities, reviewing all procurement documents prior to issue. • Verifying the viability and integrity of the procurement process in order to guarantee the successful completion of the contract. • Reviewing the Material Requisition (MR), Technical Submittals and preparing the P.O Placement Recommendation according to the Aramco Specification and Standards. • Preparing the Commercial comparison and Technical comparison of the individual suppliers. • Coordinating with the Project Quality department for ensuring the procurement of right material according to the Project Specification and Standards. • Selecting the vendors according to the Aramco Vendor Numbers and 9Com numbers. • Close coordination with the Engineering Department for procuring the right materials as per the IFC drawing and to ensure timely review of vendor engineering documents.. • Preparing the Procurement Status report for the project materials and submitting to the client.

Examine basic and shop drawings to be issued for production. Coordinating with clients and consultants. Maintaining good relation with client and consultant. Handling at least six projects at a time. Monitor daily production and delivery reports. Reviewing and studying the contract documents, BOQ and preliminary drawings for the further details. Coordinating with Design, Production and Erection departments for delivering the products as per the schedule. Based on the shop drawings, preparing the technical work by grouping the similar elements and estimating the mould required for the project. Preparing the preliminary casting sequence and informs the production to allocate the mould space. Preparing the mould request for production of the precast elements. Initiate the clients for the purchase and timely supply of electro mechanical fixing, embeds accessories used in the precast elements. Verifying the quantities of individual elements as per the shop drawings. Preparing the element list for monitoring the production and delivery. Preparing the daily and weekly production sequence. Preparing invoices for each project. Project involved in: Royal Commission Housing Projects @ Jubail Substations and PIB building under GS construction @ Khursaniyah.

Prepared daily allocation report and material report for the daily site process. Proceeding the works as per structural and architectural drawings. Coordinating with consulting engineers at the time of site inspection. Follow up the subcontractors for the movement of the work. Checking out the quantities at the end of the work. Dealing with the municipality engineer at the time of inspection. Have good experience to deal the workers. Checking the qualities of the work. Have experience in finishing works at a school project in Dubai.
