Project: King Salman International Airport (Riyadh). Parsons has been tasked with overseeing and managing the infrastructure of landside and airfield of King Salman International Airport. The airport includes six passenger terminals, an iconic terminal, private aviation terminal and six runways among other facilities and amenities. The airport covers an area of 57 km2. (22 sq.mi.) and wants to handle 100 million passengers per year by 2030, and 185 million passengers per year by 2050. It also wants to handle 3.5 million tonnes of cargo per year by 2050. Roles and responsibilities: • Develop action plans and programs related to construction activities, ensuring the implementation of approved designs, drawings, and plans. Monitor workflow progress and ensure full compliance with aviation standards and local technical policies and procedures. • Manage daily operations of construction activities, ensuring proper planning and execution across all phases of construction. • Facilitate effective coordination with all involved parties, addressing inquiries from stakeholders such as airport authorities, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. • Collaborate with the aviation logistics department to ensure effective planning and management of site-wide logistics. • Coordinate with airport operations teams to minimize disruptions. • Stay updated on advancements in construction practices, guide the adoption of optimal methods, and ensure the availability of resources and materials required for specialized tasks. Promote the use of modern techniques and best practices in construction processes. • Ensure availability of specialized equipment required for aviation projects. • Enforce and implement safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, with a particular focus on adhering to aviation safety standards, especially as the project is being executed within an operational airport. • Oversee commissioning and handover of completed projects.

Project :King Khalid Airport Project * WSP as was awarded a contract by Riyadh Airports to provide program and construction management services. Program Description: Achieving the planned goals of Riyadh Airports Company RAC for development and renovation of King Khalid International Airport KKIA through providing management, supervision and Consultancy Services. The program assigned to our company so far more than 50 projects including: • Aerodrome & Roads Program. • Royal Terminal, Terminal #1 and Terminal #2 Program. • Terminal 5 and Building Program Tasks and responsibilities: Tasks and responsibilities: - Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with Subcontractors. - Responsible for ensuring delivery of Health and Safety (HSE) on site by the contractor and sub-contractors. - Coordinating internal design team for timely issuance of construction drawings to site for achieving prompt completion. - Review and monitor site engineers/inspector’s performance to ensure works are being conducted to the approved methodology, specific method statement, risk assessment and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans). - Responsible for producing the daily summary and verification reports (Inc. Recording of site delays or site issues). Liaison with planning team to review progress and report to Project Manager accordingly.

Project: Riyadh Metro Project: Riyadh Metro project consists of 6 main lines with a total length of 176 KM. and 85 stations. Riyadh Metro network covers most of the highly-populated districts, government's facilities, educational and commercials outlets with estimated cost eight billion dollars for our package. I have managed the following: - Elevated Stations. - Park and Ride. - Urban Works. - Viaducts works: Includes erection of: Precast Segments (PSM), Precast Beam (PCB) & Balance Cantilever (BCM) along line 6. - Cut & Cover Tunnels. * Tasks and responsibilities: - Responsible for safe and successful delivery of the site works under project manager, from site commencement to handover and completion. - Responsible for ensuring delivery of Health and Safety (HSE) on site by the contractor and sub-contractors. - Planning and managing works of all disciplines to ensure compliance with relevant contract requirements, specifications and standers, safety cases etc. - Review and monitor site engineers/inspector’s performance to ensure works are being conducted to the approved methodology, specific method statement, risk assessment and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans). - Responsible for producing the daily summary and verification reports (Inc. Recording of site delays or site issues). Liaison with planning team to review progress and report to Project Manager accordingly. - Identifying site issues/defected work or non-compliance/approved materials and raising non-conformance report (NCR) after consulting the Project Manager and QA team. Also, following up on the NCR at site once the Close Out action have been agreed. - Interface with design team on the resolution of technical problems and ensure that all drawings are approved and issued for construction with latest version. - Conducts weekly progress meetings or more frequently if required with contractors and staff and reports back to the Project Manager.

- Project: Al-Majmaa University: Construction of the 6 buildings includes Cast in situ concrete, fabrication & erection of precast beams, precast columns and precast hollow core slab for the building plus all finishing works, landscaping & hardscaping works. Tasks and responsibilities: - Supervise the mobilization of the models used in the project. - - Overseeing the implementation of the project in detail. - Preparation of shop drawings. - Make sure to follow the ways of safety, prevention and public health in the implementation. - Setup a schedule for the project. - Keep a permanent record of: all shipments and invoices of the supplies that reach of the project, all payroll workers daily and weekly, all payments to suppliers, workers, and any expenses. - Follow-up payments and orders variability during execution. - Work schedule amounts and put their own specifications and a list of the quantities. - To follow up on projects and extracts scrutiny and supervision of tenders and contracts in writing and conditions.

Project: Roads and landscaping projects with Municipality of Al-Kharj. * Tasks and responsibilities: 1 - Study and preparation of project documentation and follow up adoption. 2 - Prepare a project implementation plan and timetable for the implementation. 3 - Needs assessment of equipment, materials and human resources. 4- Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local. 5- Follow-up payments and orders variability during execution. 6 - Finally, work to raise development efficiency subordinates of the team.

Project: Al-Ahsaa Mall: The mall has been constructed in Al-Ahsaa east of Saudi Arabia with total amount 800 million Saudi Riyals, our company was involved in all cast in situ concrete such as foundations, slab on grade concrete, roof slab concrete and canopy columns plus outdoor hardscape and landscaping. *Tasks and responsibilities: 1 – Resolving of technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities. 2 - Overseeing the implementation of the project in detail. 3 - Preparation of shop drawings. 4 - Make sure to follow the ways of safety, prevention and public health in the implementation. 5 - Supervise the mobilization of the models used in the project. 6 - Keep a permanent record of: - All shipments and invoices of the supplies that reach of the project. - All payroll workers daily and weekly. - All payments to suppliers, workers, and any expenses. 7 - Conduct all necessary tests.

Project: Extension of Dahran Mall: Our scope was all cast in situ concrete such as foundations, slab on grade concrete, and erection of precast columns and hollow core slabs plus outdoor hardscape and landscaping. *Tasks and responsibilities: 1 - Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadline. 2 - Overseeing the implementation of the project in detail. 3 - Preparation of shop drawings. 4 - Make sure to follow the ways of safety, prevention and public health in the implementation. 5 - Supervise the mobilization of the models used in the project. 6 - Keep a permanent record of: - All shipments and invoices of the supplies that reach of the project. - All payroll workers daily and weekly. - All payments to suppliers, workers, and any expenses. 7 - Conduct all necessary tests.
