Build and configure MMI (Man–Machine Interface) central HVAC monitoring software and network communication systems on-site, including PC, server, HUB, MOXA NPort configuration, and related peripherals. Design MMI graphical user interfaces (GUI) according to project requirements, discuss user experience improvements with clients, and refine UI design based on their feedback. Install, test, and commission company EV chargers on-site, and develop solutions using various protocols to enable card authorization and additional charging functions. Perform DSC remote/on-site system maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers. Manage project schedules, conduct toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness, and supervise contractors to ensure on-site safety compliance and reporting. Train new employees on software/hardware installation, system testing, equipment operation, and proper selection and fabrication of wiring and materials. Participate in technical meetings with overseas engineers via Teams to exchange updated technologies and receive training. Utilize network command tools such as CMD, Telnet, PowerShell, and PuTTY to test, diagnose, and configure network parameters. Work with DDC controllers, including I/O setup and programming development. Perform remote device setup, including burn-in testing, firmware configuration, IP setting, protocol configuration, BOM creation, and conducting quotation inquiries. Generate central monitoring system inspection reports and produce visualized data analysis reports.

Perform power cabling (high-voltage plug-in cable assemblies), low-voltage wiring, and network cable installation and fabrication. Plan and integrate automation electromechanical systems for production equipment. Select electrical and optical sensing components (reed switches, solenoid valves, fiber optic amplifiers, relays, CCDs), perform machine wiring, and conduct equipment tuning and test runs. Develop PLC programs (Siemens, Omron) and design HMI interfaces. Manage project execution, including procurement inquiries, quotation preparation, subcontracting, and other assigned tasks. Conduct PCB soldering operations (SMT), using multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, soldering irons, auto-soldering machines, hot air guns, and perform analysis and calibration of functional boards. Create electrical control cabinet drawings using AutoCAD, design industrial panels and wiring for production machines, and perform equipment troubleshooting, testing, and tuning. Develop and maintain BOM lists, I/O tables, and perform system simulation using Factory I/O. Operate various power tools for equipment fabrication (drilling, tapping, cutting, punching) and perform workpiece chamfering. Utilize NI LabVIEW, NI MAX, CCD systems, and configure Modbus communication. Perform basic computer-to-machine configuration, command execution, and equipment parameter setup. Actively share knowledge, collaborate with teammates, and mentor new employees. Conduct relay testing for proprietary know-how products, adjusting A/C pins and coil parameters using LabVIEW programming to achieve high yield rates.
