- Assisted with the expansion of Iron Mountain Data Centre business in APAC. - Assisted with the built out of SIN-1 Data Centre. - Design cable pathway and containment for Structure cabling from MMR to various levels to serve customers' needs. - Planned and design the layout of the MMR and customers' white space. - Illicit requirements from customer and support Sales/BDE to close sales globally. - Advice technical built out of white space in our APAC data centres. - Working with customers to ensure their technical requirements are met and timeline can be met. - Work between Sales, Operations and Construction team to ensure Capacities Inventory are updated and can be presented properly to potential customers. - Ensuring white space and power are fully utilised effectively without any stranded power or space in the Data Centre. - Actively in conducting sharing session to educational institutes on visiting our Data Centre to aid the educational system on Data Centre in Singapore.

- Bringing in new sales or account to company. - Establish new relationship with new and potential customers. - Assisted company to break some of the Data Centre market in Singapore. - Assisted company with internal IT requirements.

- Take care of Data Centre (Structural cabling) businesses in the company. - Handle multiple term contract for Data Centre (Structural cabling). - Assisted with customers in designing cable containment, fiber sizing based on customer's business needs. - Recommend structure cabling pathway and design for data centre customers. - Advice consultant and various customers' space (cage and non cage environment) fit out. - Site surveys and provide quotation to customers on their requirements. - Ensure customers' requirements and project timeline are met without fail. - Attended BICSI certified courses - Attended telecommunication wiring course by IDA

- Handle MINDEF SATCOM projects. - Conduct Design Reviews and UAT/OSAT with End Users. - Work on tender technical specifications, design and testing of satellite/network equipments. - Technical Lead for overall technical aspect of tenders. - Conduct RADHAZ for various satellite projects.

- Handle construction projects (Structural cabling) - Attend site meetings with main contractor - Work on residential cabling/WIFI design and implementations - Manage sub contractors, project budgets to ensure projects is meet on time and on budget - Work with main contractor on MOE (Pri/Sec) school structural projects - Work on HDB structural cabling projects for residential based on COPIF design and recommendations

- SME for Satellite Communications in the Army - Support various local and Overseas Exercises in the Army, providing communication support over WLAN - Assisted with producing training manuals in the institute to aid instructors to conduct lessons - Involved with testing and integration of Army Satcom assets in HQ Signals - Worked with vendors on UAT and ensuring the System meets the needs of our forces - Ensure equipments are maintained properly according to Preventive Maintenance schedules - Attended ethical hacking courses - Attended technical presentations courses - Actively participated SHARE program and CoP (Community of Practice) for Satellite communication matters in the Army
