- Developing BoomPop’s corporate event planning end-to-end AI agent (vertical agent), working in collaboration with the expertise from BoomPop’s internal team of world-class event organizers. - Implementing BoomPop’s MCP server, aiming to open up a range of corporate event planning tools to external agents to leverage.

- Built the world’s first AI-powered text messaging assistant for events, accessible via SMS and RCS. It intelligently resolves context for guests attending multiple events and disambiguates identities across shared phone numbers. Deployed at scale, it provides accurate, real-time responses without requiring an app. - Evolved BoomPop’s in-app AI travel planning assistant “Magic Tool,” connecting users to hundreds of thousands of vendors via a chat interface. Architected a multi-agent system to interpret user intent and surface curated recommendations. Enhanced the UI with interactive cards for selecting venues, estimating budgets, and building itineraries, without leaving the chat. Added Slack-integrated monitoring for failures and AI quality. - Built an AI-based contract analysis pipeline that reduces review time from 2 hours to under 5 minutes. Parsed complex document structures (e.g., tables, clauses, headings) before passing to an LLM for term extraction. Used a curated dataset of expert-reviewed contracts and integrated Promptfoo to benchmark accuracy, ensuring production readiness. - Introduced LLM observability using Datadog to monitor real-time AI usage, latency, quality, and token costs. Evaluated market tools and chose Datadog to build on our existing stack. Gained stakeholder buy-in by demonstrating how observability improved debugging and reliability at scale. - Established LLM evaluation workflows with Promptfoo to test prompt quality before launch. Created real-world test sets and regression checks to compare outputs across models. This enabled confident deployment of high-impact AI features while reducing QA effort. - Launched and led BoomPop’s bi-weekly engineering forums to improve collaboration, share best practices, and align teams on tech decisions, strengthening engineering culture across the org.

- Developed Smart Uploads, an automated document organization feature for the Way2b1 platform, using Retrieval Augmented Generation, LLMs, and vector databases, significantly reducing onboarding time for new clients. - Developed the Document Analysis Pipeline for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) infrastructure, enabling deep document understanding and layout analysis for various file types. - Developed AI infrastructure using Databricks and AWS for generative AI features with large language models, including a vector database for vector search and LLM support.
