Conceptualised, collaborated and designed playthings, bedding, accessories and home storage for children between 2 to 12 years.

Conceptualisation, design and development of surfaces for home textiles (kitchen, table and cushions) in sync with global trends and buyer interests.

- Conceptualise, design and execute soft furnishings and made ups eg: decorative products, table and bed linens) for the Domestic market. - Trend forecasting themes and factors related to costs, sourcing materials, marketing and branding. - Style photo-shoots for press kits and create creatives for social media. - I also successfully developed and designed soft furnishings elements for various international buyers.

Module: New Ways of Making This week long workshop explored the Japanese technique of Shibori and the story of the colour blue. The students got an opportunity to set up their own dye vat, work with different materials and explore unique techniques of Shibori. The workshop ended with the students finding their inspiration and use the Shibori techniques to translate them onto fabric. The unit facilitated thinking through making. It allowed the students to explore new technologies and possibilities, applying these to existing and traditional ways of making in such a way that both are enhanced.

-Designed and helped display a range of Bed furnishing ensembles/products for their premium range teak wood beds. -Kalahar Blues and Greens Collaborated with Khazana Stores and SDA associates, to curate, conceptualise and create a collection of home textiles. -Commissioned to collaborate with Rehwa society ( artisan weaving unit), Maheshwar, to create a range of weave samples.

-Created bespoke textiles for home and interior spaces. -Worked on briefs provided by clients, designed fabrics for various surfaces and produced material working in conjunction with artists. -Experimented across surfaces, and gained hands on experience working with artisans. -Supervised production and managed projects within deadlines/budget. -Gained experience on different surface treatments viz khaat kaam (hand embroidery), machine embroidery, weaving, hand painting, appliqué and natural dyeing.

The Fabric workshop and museum conducts bi annual exhibits where leading global artists create public exhibitions and apprentices are chosen for the project based on their academic work.Worked at the museum in Philadelphia and gained valuable experience working on an exhibit for America's leading contemporary artist Ms. Sarah Sze.Explored and experimented with various materials to help build Sarah Sze's installations, which were spread across three floors. I also designed and screen printed fabrics, which are now archived as my contribution to the museum.
