Joined as Associate Scientist in peptide synthesis and working on multiple projects both in Solid phase and Solution phase peptide synthesis by guiding couple of Jr.Chemists. Involving in the preparation of weekly project reports and technical discussions with next level officials. Having good hands on the synthesis of Peptides having C-terminal ketones and aldehydes by using semicarbazide resin.

Joined as Sr. Scientist in Peptide division, where I was involved in the synthesis and development of peptide API molecules like Octreotide, Leuprolide, Cetrorelix, Somatostatin, Plecanatide..etc.

Joined as Associate Scientist in Peptide Synthesis, where along with manual synthesis I got an opportunity to work on automated peptide synthesizers such as AAPPTEC, CS-Bio, Syro. Had good time in synthesis of Peptide thioethers, Stapled peptides, peptides having multiple disulphides, lactams, lipidated peptides ..etc. Successfully synthesized multiple analogues of Cyclotide KalataB1 by Native Chemical Ligation. Having good hands on KAHA ligation and peptide de-Sulfurization.

Joined as Research Associate-2 in peptide synthesis. Learnt and explored basics of peptide synthesis in solution phase and solid phase. Acquired good knowledge on peptide synthesis using different types of resins. Worked extensively on the solution phase synthesis of peptidomemitics such as oxadiazoles, triazoles...etc.

Joined as a Research associate, worked independently on the projects pertaining to small molecule impurity synthesis and purification from mg scale to multi-gram scale. Involved in the preparation and presentation of weekly work update along with the regular lab work.

Worked as a Research Chemist in CRAM's department. Well trained and executed chemical reactions and purifications from lab scale to plant scale. Successfully completed several projects on multi-KG scale with the help of production team.
