Responsible for all incoming calls and the daily coordination of Safety Trainers at various customers and locations. Maintain calendar and appointments (Scheduling Analyst) for trainers and management with multiple data entry information. Attend off-site meetings to help identify compliance for MIOSHA standards which requires strong customer service skills. Create all invoices (Accounts Receivable) for safety services to clients, and follow-up on all outstanding invoices due for payment (collections). Daily multi-tasking is required. I am also certified with The American Heart Association to teach students in First Aid/CPR/BBP. Daily use of MS Office/Outlook.

Duties include support to HR team and Training Center. Responsible for the annual reviews of employees and the annual increases in bill rates to client. I was the initial Human Resource point of contact for contract employees.
