1.Wholesale channel Training and coaching projects plan and carry out - TTT program - Watch Essential program - Product training - CRM coaching - New store and staff coaching 2.POS visit and operational support - Regular visit to POS and generate timely feedback together with action plan 3.Manage specialist project independently - Help retail manager to follow specific projects in fields - Monitor project progress and provide enhancement proposal to retail manager and sales managers. 4.Provide adequate support to regional team - Coordinate with internal functions such as training, CRM, marketing to help POS operation and sales; - Develop new skills and new workflow to improve retail efficiency

. Owns the roll out strategy and implementation of training and programs Projects: On boarding training/ Leadership Training 2. Manages the service training captain program in partnership with field leadership in territory 3. Provide input to global Nike Direct Retail operations and service excellence training partners during the development and proof of concept phase of all product training materials 4. Partner with key stakeholder across Nike to ensure service and operational trainings, initiated outside of Retail operations and service excellence are developed and delivered effectively 5. Identifies opportunities and suggests improvements to current delivery methods in order to continually provide just in time training that reaches the store teams consistently 6. Owns seasonal alignment planning of service programs and the planning calendar of Athlete 15 7. Monitors existing service and operations trainings, providing feedback to Global Nike Direct Retail operations & service excellence team and relevant business partners when updates or revisions are identified
