As an Analytics Intern, I performed quantitative analysis of market research data for clients in pharmaceuticals and consumer packaged goods. I worked directly with the Special Services team under the Director of Analytics on data reporting, strategy consulting, and final deliverable report to clients. I was occasionally tasked to conduct in-depth research and analysis on client proposals that determined final strategic planning and decision-making of client acquisition, as well as qualitative research on current projects for reporting and analysis.

As a College Financial Representative this summer, I interact daily with new people as well as acquaintances to share what I do and to expand my network in the Tampa area. I work jointly with various financial representatives and advisors in the firm who have years of experience in financial services, and I am learning the many different products that are offered. By the end of the internship, I hope to gain a better understanding of the financial services industry, as well as to help others understand their personal and financial needs. I am looking to not only improve my interpersonal and communication skills, but to also meet people that I never would have had the chance to otherwise.

I corresponded with event coordinators to facilitate events and provided customer service for guests and supervised food catering and stage set-up for events such as recitals, workshops, and concerts ranging from 20 to 100 people. I also worked occasionally around the campus as an usher, where I assisted and guided between 100 and 300 patrons during concerts.
