1. LSP Management: Set up KPI criterion for each vendor, Provide KPI report to immediate manager Initiate the monthly review meeting with LSP for discussing the logistics performance and action need to be improved. Work with Quality Team and LSP to perform the distribution risk assessment for the local distribution as well as mitigation plan for the winter storage and delivery. Draft LSP Operation Manual (SOP) to standardize the daily operation process. 2. Importation, local distribution & Inventory management: Weekly monitor the routine supply to ensure the customer service level. Daily generate the planning schedule according to the customer requirement. Create stock build proposal when facing the QS Updates, IDL Renew, MA holder change. Keep closing communication with oversea manufactory to make sure the supply full fill with the demand forecast. Monitoring the inventory level and identify the out of stock risk in the coming three months. Follow up the shipments from all manufactories and monitor the timely arrival. Process the importation process and chase the IDC drug testing result. 3.
