Sherril Thomas joined the TransHire team in 2011 . She is the master of multi-tasking. She brings over 15 years of experience with Customer Service, Banking and Operations Management. Often referred to as the "Glue of the 2 offices", Sherril assumed additional responsibilities with back office and payroll support. She then took on the additional responsibilities of sourcing and screening candidates, which quickly led to her promotion as Staffing Consultant. Sherril has a unique ability to remember each candidate's name, what type of position they are looking for, their desired work location, and salary requirements. It is a real feat with the thousands of candidates that she has met over the past 6 years. Sherril is a big believer in the ultimate customer experience and thrives on providing each of our clients and candidates personalized customer service.
