SOURCING - search LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Job Boards, Handshake, boolean search strings and other various tools searching or candidates that met the qualifications the hiring manager was looking for. Screened candidates and submitted to the hiring manager and/or TAC. Updated the ATS as needed. insured all candidate interaction was tracked and submitted in a timely manor. ONBOARDING SPECIALIST, PEOPLESCOUT - Goodyear Contract Complete all functions associated with onboarding candidates on a high-volume account. Process candidates through background, drug screening and physicals/DOT physicals. Daily meetings with client HR. meet or exceed daily SOP’S and SLA’S. Work directly with IT to troubleshoot integration or ATS process errors. Train new onboarding specialists following our procedures according to our written processes and procedures. Update and maintain the team “playbook” of processes and procedures. Screening all candidates that applied to verify qualifications matched with the qualities the hiring manager was looking for.

Responsibilities include: invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, getting material costs for quotes, researching various Heating, A/C and Plumbing parts for ordering, balancing numerous company checking accounts, NJ sales tax filing, journal entries in general ledger, company deposits, assisting the accountant, dispatching calls and handling customer phone calls, typing proposals, assisting the web designer in creating a new web page, prevailing wage, company payroll. Reviewing resume’s and assisting the owner in the interview process. Placing AD’s for various openings within the company. Making collection calls, scheduling, carrying a pager for overtime hour's service calls. Very extensive knowledge of QuickBooks.
