Conducted research on wastewater treatment -Took the wastewater samples by using grab sampling method from automotive industry and Indah Water Treatment-Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWK-STP) -Conducted the characterization studies of the wastewater samples; physical and chemical parameters (pH, temperature, biological oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), solids, anions and cations) -Conducted the characterization studies of bacteria present in the biofilm reactor (DNA identification using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique, Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) and Metagenomic studies) -Conducted the wastewater test using the Ion Chromatography (IC) and Inductive Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES)
