- Oversee Procurement, Foreign Purchasing, and Logistics, including Import and Export and Business analysis. - Oversee the development and execution of strategies across all categories including targets, timelines and resource plans. - Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Procurement and Logistics activities including cost analyses and process improvement. - Implement procurement strategies, meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets by Supervising the team and resolve any arising problems.

- Managing Foreign Purchasing Process, including Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Clearance, all the way through delivery. - Managing Export Process from Orders, Production, Bookings, loading and invoicing all the way through delivery. - Monitor and Negotiates contract terms of agreement and pricing and Improving service level and cost saving. - Communicating with other departments for follow up on monthly closing, suppliers’ payments & COA for RM traceability.

- Managing Foreign Purchasing Process, including Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Clearance, all the way through delivery. - Manage all logistics, Contact, and follow up with the freight forwarders, the shipping lines and customs brokers. - Manage the recycle material and Scrap selling process and find new customers each period to meet the price increase. - Prepare and manage all domestic transport by Coordinate with the planning department to ensure smooth flow of raw materials. - Handling the export subsidies at the Export Development Fund to submit professional documents and collect support value back to the company.

- Responsible for export sales for central and South Africa region. - Increasing business opportunities through various routes and business trips to market. - Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and changes and collect customer’s feedback. - Assesses and organizes logistics in terms of transport requirements, clearance, storage and distribution. - Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. - Recommending and identifying new product opportunities, service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Manage Export & Import Goods Clearance at Airport /Seaport/ Land port. - Prepare all necessary shipping documentation to clearing agents that include Manifest, Shipping Instructions, invoices, and certificate of origin. - Work on export subsidies at the Support Fund for Export to submit professional documents and collect support value back to the company. - Coordinate with customer and warehousing to arrange for export shipments & Reporting to the Finance Manager for all Export activities.

- Prepare all necessary documentation and process all Export & Import procedures of goods through customs and quarantine. - Handling all the procedures through customs and to their destinations for shipping. - Follow up Import and Export clearance process (Air cargo-ocean cargo- express). - Have a full knowledge of customs regulations and tariff code.
