• Understanding the Client activities, and obtaining the necessary evidence to assess audit risk and the overall internal control of the company. • Prepare audit plan and financial reports to define key audit matters. • Ensure compliance with established Accounting and Auditing Standards (IFRS, IASB, IAS, and SOCPA) by examining records, reports, and operating practices. • Comply with the new governmental legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing compliance with requirements; and advising management on needed actions. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. • Prepare the Financial Statements and the necessary reports (management report, gap analysis report and representation reports) for the client. • Participate in special audit assignments (due diligence and fraud detection assignments).

• Participate in auditing SEC listed Companies. • Obtain and gather the necessary evidence and records to determine arithmetical accuracy, compliance with regulations, application of approved rates of payment and accuracy of classification. • Comply with the audit tests and procedures. • Report audit findings and make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions.
