Assist Regional President with the processing of loan files and management of prospect and borrower pipelines to ensure loans are closed within a given time frame. Effectively streamlined loan processing department to create a more efficient workplace ultimately creating a higher level of customer leads through the referral program. Underwrite and review submitted files to analyze for Capacity, Capital, Character and Condition. This includes ensuring that loan requests meet program and product specifications or counteroffer to a different product and/or program when appropriate. Communicate decision (approval, suspense, denial) to appropriate individuals within JPMorgan Chase, uphold fair lending practices of JPMorgan Chase Mortgage, meet targets for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction, and perform second review of contract underwritten denials from all areas.

Review consumer and employee loans to determine via/saleable loans that meet the guidelines set forth by the bank, agency, portfolio, and/or government. Communicate decision to loan officers and work effectively with processing in an effort to satisfy conditions and close loans within a timely manner.

Support underwriters in reviewing conditions and making decisions relating to approved government loans.

Work with a team of loan officers as the liason between the loan officer, customer, and underwriting to effectively clear underwriting stipulations and close loans within mandated turn times. Utilized a database system to efficiently manage processing pipeline.
