This position provided HR business partner support within the J&J Consumer business in Australia and New Zealand. The purpose of this position was to develop and implement Human Resource strategy & solutions in support of short and long term business goals.

The purpose of this position was to manage the integration of Custom Fleet into GE Commercial Finance and to provide ongoing generalist HR support to a client group of 400 employees. Key responsibilities included executing on integration plans, developing & leading HR projects & initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment of HR practises throughout the integration as well as coaching leaders on employment issues.

This role was responsible for providing generalist HR support to a client group of 300 employees. Key responsibilities included consulting with and coaching line management on a wide range of employee issues such as performance management, recruitment, employee engagement and learning & development.
