Monitor the implementation of regional strategy, planning and execution of events focused on the advancement of the foundation. Functioning as an outpatient treatments specialist, also known as a treatment case manager, I am a key connection between many departments within the human service arena. I work directly with criminal justice departments, TASC, and other social services systems, I work primarily with ex-offenders, recently detoxed clients, DCFS clients in an outpatient setting to facilitate continue rehabilitation and reintegration into society. My direct focus is on the construction of a course of action and plan of treatment clients will follow when released from treatment services. Outpatient Treatment Specialist reports directly to the Program Manager. This position provides direct client service and protection to a maximum of 60 clients. My position requires the documentation of client behaviors and actions using specific MIS program software. The position requires flexibility in order to provide coverage for different level of care groups and lectures.
