Founder and Director of Nextpack Pty Ltd (formerly China Access Solutions), which provides custom packaging and product design solutions to businesses across a broad range of industries. I've spent the past 20 years working closely with clients to bring their products and packaging needs to life. With a flair for design thinking and extensive experience in manufacturing in China I get great satisfaction from solving problems to suit a client’s particular needs. Nextpack has grown through word of mouth since launching in 2013 and we’re proud to continue to work with some of Australia’s most recognised brands. A lifelong curiosity for how things work and interest in China set the path for my career early, as my passion for both innovation and languages are utilised every day in design and international manufacturing. My team and network of partners work collaboratively to develop bespoke products and packaging, with strong values in sustainable manufacturing, material innovation and solutions that are fit-for-purpose. I travel to China regularly to inspect factories and develop strong supply chain partnerships, with fluent business level Mandarin developed through time spent in Shanghai. During work hours I’m on the phone all day with our partners in China creating and engineering products, providing on-the-pulse service to clients and strategizing with our amazing team. Outside of work, you'll find me living an active life running, swimming and enjoying the outdoors with my family.
