From Canada to New York City to Louisville to London — and now back again — my career at Brown‑Forman has been shaped by incredible teams, iconic brands, and the privilege of helping our business grow across regions and functions. Since joining the company in 2005, I’ve held commercial leadership roles across North America and Europe, experiences that ultimately led to my appointment to the Executive Leadership Team in 2022 as President North America.Today, I serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing officer, leading the global marketing organization responsible for stewarding our brands, strengthening our consumer connections, and driving long‑term growth. It’s a role that brings together everything I love about this company: creativity, collaboration, and the chance to champion the people who will shape Brown‑Forman’s future.When I’m not working, you can find me spending time and traveling with my wife and daughters or at the ice hockey rink in the “old person” league.
