Immuno-Oncology and Hematology (R&D China) - provide strategic medical input to clinical trial programs (clinical development assessment, CDE consultation, etc.) - develop clinical trial documents (IND package, protocol, CSR, etc.) - actively involved in trial set-up (EDC, central imaging, etc.) - ensure successful study conduct and provide medical monitoring - collaborate actively with cross-function teams such as operation, regulatory, safety, statistician, data management, clinical pharmacology, medical affairs, marketing and global stakeholders - run advisory board meetings; KOL engagement for development strategy and protocol design - maintain up-to-date medical/scientific knowledge and competitive landscape

Respiratory, GI and Oncology - Prepare clinical documents required from different health authority with effective interaction - Design clinical study protocol - Monitor and review medical data for clinical trials - Analyze, present, and interpret the data from ongoing and/or published studies - Collaborate actively with cross function teams, such as drug safety, regulatory, clinical operation, data management, statistical analysis etc. - Interact with external experts from healthcare organization and institutions - Holding CRO/partners accountable for the high quality standards of their deliverable - Conduct medical assessment for new therapeutic areas, new compounds and clinical study as needed - Assess the competitive landscape and maintain current awareness of competitor programs and assets (e.g. new compound development stage, clinical studies design and outcome, etc.) - Participate and support the research, in licensing of new targets or drugs led by business development and/or preclinical research team

- Designing preclinical study project in the area of oncology - Familiar with lab techniques in cell biology and molecular biology - Scientific writing including manuscripts and grants - Research presentations in international science conferences and student forums
