1.Build-up a new legal entity/location for electronic suspension system development and manufacturing in Changshu, Build-up and maintain a well-trained, well-disciplined, and motivated team in conjunction with individual department. Create a working environment where the culture is ownership / LEAN approach / teamwork and co-operation allied to the strategic goal. 2.Ensure that financial P&L and other business performance metrics are achieved in line with agreed corporate targets (e.g., profit, spending, manpower, according to capital request assumptions). 3.Manage the plant by establishing the goal and Key Performance Indicators both on corporate and departmental level. 4.Safeguard the quality of our products delivered to the final customer, in line with agreed specifications and in conjunction with Production and Quality Departments. 5.Safeguard quantities and delivery dates in line with customer requirements in conjunction with the Production and Logistics Departments. Safeguard the material supply availability; 6.Safeguard the technical availability of the equipment in conjunction with the Production and Engineering Departments. Optimize production processes in conjunction with the local and central IE Departments. 7.Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and other mandatory legislation. 8.Professionally represent the Company in the P. R. China with Customers, Government Agencies, and other bodies. Positively market the Company’s image by participation in external competitions and events. Ensure effective liaison with customers to improve the day-to-day working relationships. 9.Maintain strong relationships with central functions in headquarter especially Business Unit, ESS Segment, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Quality, HR, and Finance as well as with the engineering Center in Sibiu/Hanover. Team development Main achievements:  Successfully merge 2 departments of IE and Launch together to ensure the plant growth.  New build-up shopfloor for new product of Motor Gear Unit(MGU) and ensure the successfully relocation and SOP delivery: • Build -up 10000 mm2 shopfloor building with necessary facility needs in terms of Injection mold and automation assembly line; • MGU equipment & launch management:  6 new high automation assembly release and SOP, including 2 line relocation from old building.  21 injection molding machine new release and SOP, including 6 machine relocation from old building.  10+ new customer smoothly SOP.  Management of machining center and Assembly line improvement on product of brake caliper (EPB etc) and brake booster (ACU): • Manage 100+ equipment on the Layout improvement and relocation to approach the capacity & utilization improvement in consideration of the lean and automation. • Multi case on automation of new machining center and assembly line as well cost improvement project on HC, CT, OEE, layout, spare parts, change-over etc. • Assembly auto-line and Machining tooling localization for cost saving.  Managed 80+ new project SOP for 25+ customer.

- Work as Core Team Leader on connection systemdevelopment, product relate to kinds of techniques, including molding, stamping, plating, auto ass'y etc. - In charge of NPI project management with NPI process – LEANPD, lead project execution,  regularly report and review with PAC (Project Approval Committee) , pass the key milestone on time; - Program team overall management & driving, cost control, budget control, timeline control, quality control, draft and monitor program schedule, Risk,stakeholders; - Communication within cross function team to achieve on time delivery; - Monitor problems in program execution and mass production, lead team on trouble shooting and coordinate inter-department bifurcation or difference; - Insure the delivery for customer and market satisfaction; - Organize the documents or technical support for customer’s audit and visit; - Familiar with Design for Six Sigma, Lean productdevelopment, DFMEA/PFMEA, DFM Etc. - Achievements:More than 8 main projects be safe-launched for mass production to achieved more than 80Millions USD sales billing during past 3years;Personal awarded as REACH THE TOP for excellent key project success;Promotion awarded in 2011;

- Work as product development Engineer on connection system which used for vehicle, especial for engine control unit; familiar with PPAP, APQP, control plan and GD&T, product relate to kinds of technics, including molding, stamping, plating, casting etc. - Organize project kick off, establish project team, develop the project plan base on PPAP process, organize team for sample building, project risk analysis and control the product development status; - Cost control/tracking; - Product quality control, organize team for trouble shooting during product trial run - Insure the delivery date of OTS or orders for customer development satisfaction; - Lead to the meeting with customer or supplier and internal, insure the necessary information or requirement be transported and implemented; - Coordinate inter-department bifurcation or difference; - Organize the documents or technical support for customer’s audit and visit; - Termly report to higher-up for the project status;

- Research and Development Engineer that focus on cable and connector assembly for PC application; - Duty on managing kinds of connection system on notebook, desktop and consumer for customer satisfaction, including project development plan, quality/cost control, and sample delivery guarantee;
